The short film we make draws heavy inspiration from Truth or Dare (2018) and The Conjuring universe, both in structure and psychological tone.

Like Truth or Dare, the film starts with a playful game that quickly spirals into real terror. What starts as a dare becomes a confrontation between the characters - because everyone was choosing Truth. In confidence Jay picks the Dare and releases Ethan's spirit.

From The Conjuring, the influence comes through the atmosphere and emotional depth. Ethan Graves, the spirit haunting the school block, isn’t just a ghost - he is breaking others confidences and manipulating other to go to the block.
